Andy has built a very pretty Japanese garden in Bristol in the UK. Here is what he said:
"I spent most of last spring/summer constructing it and there are still things to complete. I have just purchased a rain chain today so that will give me something else to do when it
arrives. I am also going to have to replace my black twine with something that doesn't fade!!
I have tried to incorporate a little bit of both formal and informal design into it, not sure if it works within the small space but the garden is only meant to be my representation and
certainly doesn't follow all the "rules"! The tea house is constructed of ordinary tantalised timber and exterior plywood as I couldn't afford anything more long lasting, so I don't know how
long it will last before the rot sets in. At least the shingles are guaranteed for 50 years!"
